I'm so happy to hear you are still going! Are you already making plans of what's next? ☺ I think unless you need the scales for the actual challenge, pictures tell much more. ☺

Hey everyone!! I HAVE GOOD NEWS!

Week 1 has been pretty damn awesome! Went to the gym 5 times, 1 rest day, and one epic walk with my Poodle today.

I feel a lot better already and can tell I really don't catch my breath asthma wise anymore! I have mainly been doing bikes, treadmill and crossfit as I am a wuss at the gym and get scared using the various machines haha but I want to focus on more arm stuff soon. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also I have lost some weight (which is fabulous) and my eating plan so far has been lovely and easy with a few moderations here and here cause im fussy as hell. Yay!

Paige, sounds like you're ticking all the boxes, go you! I find stretching bands and free weights great for arms.

I mix it all up, treadmill, yoga, band work, weights and I road cycle. I eat healthy and cut out all bread and potatoes, drink stacks of water too!

Just be careful you don't over do things given the asthma issue.

You're doing fab!!

Purpleheart - Nope not just yet! The past few days I have been SO hungry, its been horrible! I am trying to restrain myself as much as I can. Yesterday I had a great work around Brisbane City - I posted it on my Twitter if you wanted to check it out :-) (ID thingy is in my profile on here) I think I will probably stick to the plans for the future but maybe a little less full on, the main reason I am doing it is to lose some weight before I go to Fiji for my birthday. So I will have a week near the end of the challenge where I will be eating all of the birthday things haha!

Ozz - Aw thank you! That's very nice of you :) I am not too good at weights and things like that. I am really just sticking to cardio. My asthma has been great which has been a massive plus! Also trying to drink 2L water a day :)

Simple push ups and dips on a chair are great too! Have a look at the guide I sent you too, has some super suggestions, even if you dont do it in full, you can try some of the exercises, and mos to those are without any gym equipment :):) GO YOU!!!! YAYAYAYAy

Way to go you, you awesome girl! Yeah I know you'll need to be very careful there with the asthma. I've been to Fiji, it's beautiful! Have fun x
