Just saw this thread, I'm so glad you're getting something sorted. Surely the halls must have some sort of duty of care towards residents - you should never be forced to just keep quiet and put up with bullying. Bullies are just pathetic scumbags and I'm glad you're away from that now. Wishing you a happy peaceful time in your new home!
