Fleshlight

I’m sure this has been answered already but in terms of male toys, fleshlights male masturbators etc. Would people recommend finishing inside and if so is clean up easy or is it a nuisance and time consuming or just finish without for quick and easy clean up. Thanks in advance for tips and advice

This was taken from a Lovehoney fleshlight page, hopefully that helps.

Remove the sleeve from its case. Then, run hot water through the canal to remove any water-based lubricant or bodily fluids.

Do not use soap as it can degrade the special SuperSkin material. Instead, use a specialist sex toy cleaner like Lovehoney Fresh Sex Toy Cleaner or Fleshlight Fleshwash Sex Toy Cleaner.

Once the Fleshlight sleeve is rinsed, lay it to dry on a clean towel. Make sure the Fleshlight sleeve is completely dry before it’s returned to its case.

DO store your Fleshlight in its case where possible

DON’T use talcum powder on your Fleshlight

DON’T use silicone lube on your Fleshlight

DON’T use soap or non-specialist cleaners on your Fleshlight

DON’T share your Fleshlight with anyone else

Looks like due to the lube, you’ll need to wash it after every use amd fleshlight seem to sell special bits to keep it from falling apart, for £70, I’d expect it to last without the extra powders etc ha

I like finishing inside, and it is a bit messier, but you have to clean all the lube out anyway so you have to take it to the sink either way.

Personally I do find them a bit of a chore to clean up, dry, renew etc. If I include the time I spend warming it up beforehand as well, I end up spending longer on prep and maintenance than actually using it. :slightly_smiling_face:

It’s very easy to turn the cyberskin insert inside out so it can be thoroughly cleaned and dried.

Thanks for the advice, I was asking because I’m seriously considering buying

I have the full sized Pilot and the smaller Quickshot and, to be honest, the Quickshot hits the spot better for me.

I have the Stoya Destroya Fleshlight and I absolutely love it. I always finish inside it and I don’t find it too much of a problem cleaning it afterwards. I just turn it inside out and rinse it and then roll it into a towel and press firmly, and then leave it on a towel on the window ledge overnight inside out. By next morning it’s dry enough to sprinkle on the Renewing Powder and it’s job done.
If you’re going to buy one I would absolutely recommend also buying a Fleshlight warmer, I put it on that for about 20 minutes or so before and then it’s nice and toasty and feels absolutely amazing

Hubby has a thrust product. He tends to cum in it when using for solo play and we use it as part of foreplay when we’re together but like @Ian_Chimp said, you have to clean it either way. We just leave to air dry and then sprinkle with the renewing power once completely dried and back in its bag.

Renewer powder is just cornflour/cornstarch, so when you need a re-up you can save a few quid and pick some up from the supermarket. :+1:

I used the renewing powder after cleaning the first couple of times but I found that when you added water based lube the next time you used it you ended up with a thick paste when the two mixed so now I just clean it and let it dry thoroughly after use.

Great tip!! Will definately keep that in mind
@rockstar we only tend to use it on the outside as ours doesn’t go inside out. We’ll I don’t think it does. Were too scared the Silicone will rip :grimacing: we haven’t had a paste situation yet but I could see how that would easily happen

I have a fleshlight but it’s just a standard one! Don’t like it to be fair as the whole thing is just too bulky! I like the feel of the thing when I’m using it but feel the casing is too big and I’d prefer the inside to be a little more gripping! I’m not the girthiest I’ll admit!

For tenga fleshlights i don’t recommend finishing inside the toy cause it’ll smell during cleanup and during use and liquid can come out cause i learned hard from this and this will probably apply to all toys.

Wasn’t aware Tenga do fleshlights.

Tenga Flips in their various forms are easy to clean, air and dry. I’m sure the Eggs are a different matter, I can imagine they could be difficult to clean (never bought one) but they aren’t advertised as multi-use.

I binned my Fleshlight long ago as I find the Tenga Flip far more enjoyable. There was a thread years ago about Fleshlight vs Flip.
