It depends on what you mean by technique! They can help with stamina and controlling the need to cum. But kegal exercise (squats/pelvic floor exercise can help too).

A little more information on what it is you want to achieve might help us help you. But at the same time I have two fleshlights and they are fun and entertaining.

most of them feel pretty much the same ish apart from the difference between very realistic textures and non anatomical. honestly none of them have had much if any difference to how quickly i cum having actual vaginal sex with real ladies, buy the fleshlight though theyre fun and also pretty hot when your gf uses it on you

I enjoyed mine but I don’t think it’s really that comparable or that good for training yourself honestly. I personally find movements from my partner really accelerate things which a fleshlight just can’t offer in the same way

Fleshlights are a great addition to masturbation and can be used for edging to help you last longer. They however are not similar to having sex with a partner.

What technique are you hoping to practice ?

Fleshlights are a great masturbation toy and guess you could practice lasting longer by edging, but they are generally a bit of a faff to clean once used.

I dont last that long with my fleshlight, not sure I could as it does feel good (not quite like my wifes vagina) but its great for solo or mutual masturbation

I can only suggest that give a little more information on the technique you want to practice

hey! They are great to practice edging and general masturbation, they are all very similar. My favourite is the Riley Reid one as she’s just my favourite starlet :sweat_smile:
