It sounds like a great idea. I have a fleshlight and its certainly my go to toy. I found the dearer fleshlights to be better than the flight pilot versions

I prefer the shorter open ended Fleshlight Quickshot design but you will probably find many different opinions as it’s down to individual preference.

Fleshlights are great!
Any of them are good starting ones. I particularly like the Fleshlight Quickshots because they are slightly easier to clean but he might prefer something bigger but your partner might prefer something a bit bigger than a quickshot
Cleaning instructions should come with it but here’s the gist:
- Wash (ideally with a sex toy cleaner) but dishsoap or hand soap should be fine
- Rinse with water
- Dry. Drying is a bit trickier because water frequently gets in the nooks and crannies and bumps. Some recomend running a paper towel through it. I think you can get something that can warm/dry it for you too? Like a stick?
- Refresh powder. Most fleshlight toys come with some, but you might have to get some to use occasionally. Refresh powder keeps it feeling new

Fleshlights are great! We have a Riley Reid Utopia and a Mia Malkova quickshot.
The quickshots are definitely easier to clean but they are smaller diameter wise and don’t offer quite the same level of sensation. Good tho.
Overall advice - plenty of lube, plenty of thorough rinsing out and plenty of air drying time. Also, fleshlight powder - which is talcum powder - definitely helps ‘renew’ the sleeves and refresh the softness.

@BDSMKinkyCouple I think it’s corn starch that’s used for renewing powder. Most talcum powders are scented which deteriorate the fleshlight.

You are quite correct! Brain clearly overheating 
Fleshlights are a great addition to spice up masturbation and can also be fun to use with a partner. I have 5 or 6 of them, a mix of bum and vagina orifices. I enjoy the different textures and tightnesses to switch up sensations when masturbating.
I think they would be a great gift for your partner. As said just use cornstarch when powdering. No need to spend money on Fleshlight brand powder.

I tried the renewing powder (cornflour) a couple of times but found that when I came to use the toy the next time the powder and lube formed an unpleasant thick paste.
Now I just wash it and dry it thoroughly.

You probably used too much it’s only really suppose to go on the outside of the flesh light. I just put some in the palm of my hand and rub on you will feel when it’s done its job and can then put lid on. I have always used it on my fleshlights and never had this problem.

I have a Fleshlight Pilot. Definitely recommend them for solo and joint fun.
