I think most of it is mental to be honest. Doing adult industry stuff is a lot of ‘output’ sexually, for no real return on that ‘investment’. So I think it just makes you a bit tired.
I’m kind of thinking if there is a supplement that I know can help, that knowledge might be enough in itself for me to make a change lol
I would recommend you have blood work done to check hormone levels. depending on what all you had done 9 years ago, that could be contributing to less lubrication. Even tho you are relatively young, hormone levels are decreasing for ALL of us due to all the plastics we use now. I’m no doctor but my OH and I have both had great results with HRT.
@Amanda87 I take it you’re an actress/performer? is it straight or do you do both? how often do you perform? Is it your main income?
The reason I ask is if you are a regular performer could it be its just hard to get turned on as sex is just a regular routine so your body is just conditioned to an act and not a pleasurable experience?
I know there are men who regularly perform in the adult history that have so much sex they find it difficult to get a hard-on in situations that would make any other men rock hard, they also have poor ejaculations because the excitement just isnt there and it’s just nothing new for them.
Maybe your suffering from the same type of familiar routine and you need a break if you can afford it financially. XxX
I can report this is correct and the same thing I suspected. I took nearly three weeks off at Christmas and after about a week the difference was enormous. We didn’t even need lube
So yeah it’s definitely connected to my mental state rather than physical. I’m trying to cut down on the times I’m live to see if that makes it easier, so far I feel like this is an improvement. Fingers crossed!
You can get different kinds of tea for arousel maybe something like this? But most likely ingredients are macca root which has already been said.
Also depends if you like tea and what you buy online as you never know what you’re getting.
