Food supplements for wetter pussy?

I’ve noticed that with age my pussy isn’t as wet as it used to be :))

Also working in the adult industry has had a negative effect, so sometimes when I have recreational sex I just don’t get very wet anymore.

We use a lot of lube of course and it feels good for me and I cum, I would just like to be wetter lol

So I was wondering what food supplements you ladies might have to recommend?

Best thing I’ve found is keeping myself hydrated with plenty of water throughout the day.

I’m yet to come across any kind of food supplements that have the effect you’re after, but if I do, I’ll try to come back and update!

Yeah, I drink a lot of water and have a healthy diet, with plenty of fresh vegetables and lean protein, but also oil and fat.

Some of it is definitely because of my profession, I’m not the only one with this issue I can tell you. There have been many many Twitter discussions on this topic lol

Interesting! I also work in the adult industry, most likely a different profession to you, as it’s a vast industry containing different professions, but it’s the first I’m hearing about it being related to that.

There might be other forum members who can give you a hand with this specific issue, but I wish you the best of luck! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

@Amanda87 you dont say ypur age do you think you may be peri menopausal just a thought

I’m 34, so it feels a bit early, though of course not impossible!

Maybe maca root? It’s meant to help with libido so maybe it would help with that too?

I kno one but doesn’t really fit I supplement category, and not really healthy….
I’m just a guy but from my experience level of arousal usually deal with the problem…

You might be low on oestrogen. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you are nearing the menopause, it can be due to medication or stress. Just out of interest, are you using hormonal contraception? If so, that might be the cause. You can buy oestrogen over the counter at the pharmacy or get it on prescription from your doctor. It worked for me when I needed it, I then changed contraception type and don’t need it anymore.

@Amanda87 I’m in my early 30’s, so you’re not much older than me. I don’t think age has got anything to do with it. Working in the adult industry might have impacted your ability to get turned on by regular sex, but that’s a mental thing that can be changed again over time with the right partner.

I don’t know of any food that might help. I’m ridiculously sloppy wet, just making a mess everywhere. I’d be looking for a food that would take that away. But I’ve noticed that sex makes me really dehydrated, so perhaps if you drink more as others have suggested it could help. Probably not a total fix, but maybe an important part.

I’ve obviously been living under a rock these past few years but I had no idea you could buy oestrogen over the counter at a pharmacy. I know you can get all sorts of stuff online but have always been a bit worried about getting anything that’s not on a doctors prescription. Handy bit of info there @Kitty-Cat01

Hey I work in the adult industry too, I web cam all my work is online.
I also have issues at times with getting wet, when having sex with my husband, I spoke with doctors, but honestly got nowhere, I got myself checked at my local sexual health clinic and they were amazingly helpful x

Maybe just get your bloods checked if you can by your doctor, and pop along to your local sexual health clinic, they checked everything, and gave the best advice .

I don’t think so, I get wet. I’d just like… more wetness

Yeah, I tried some maca root in the summer and it was good! Might give it another go.

I always like an award :sunglasses:

Oh jeez I had no idea level of arousal plays a part.

I’m actually not on any hormones at all  I got sterilised 9 years ago so not taken any birth control since then.
