I guess that as the giver, if you are flexible enough to bring your foot to your mouth then you’re able to do this. I suspect the biggest challenge would be coordination!
I’ve never received this but feet don’t really do anything for me, so it’d be lost on me.

I would have been able to do it when I was younger, probably still could but no one I have ever dated has been into feet.
