Now today there is something I NEED to order, totally paying for extra fast delivery too. Is it a bit rude to use the offer again if it doesn't say *limited to one per customer*?

Adopt a toy thread has been removed. As we removed twitter exchanges we could no longer keep the thread running

On the opposite end of the scale if there is a promotion where a free gift is available and you only have one use for the item that comes with your order is it possible to swap for another item if you were putting in two orders rather then ending up with duplicate items?

Sadly we can not swap out the gifts, they are what they are. But we do so many that another may pop up that is more suited.
Much work goes into selecting the item and a lot of that is based on stock levels too
If you want to make some suggestions or have some feedback you can do so here
