The more you focus on an orgasm, the harder it will be to actually get there. I know it’s not easy, but you need to focus on the pleasure. It can help to watch porn or something to keep your focus off the orgasm

I learned how to have prostate orgasms when I bought my first prostate massager from Aneros. Their site has some good instructions on how to have a prostate orgasm. Once I learned how to have them I can now with just about any type of stimulation of my prostate.
Hands free orgasm is a little tougher, it’s almost like all the stars need to be aligned. Right angle, speed, rhythm. But once you have a hands free your addicted.

I am very into anal play and I really enjoy it. It’s not something I’m chasing though. If it never happens I’d still be very happy with what we’re doing now.

I have only had one hands free prostrate orgasm and it was quite a surprise . Have had multiple with assistance from hands or toys . Not always , but some times those produce a large ( for me ) amount of cum . I have three on video , with the best where I shot seven spurts of cum . As others have said, don’t focus on having an orgasm. Rather try to key in on the different sensations you do feel. For prostate stimulation, Ive noticed that I need to be in the right mindset to really enjoy it. If I’m stressed or not focused, I find a session may do nothing for me. Being horny/ aroused definitely makes a difference.
I also suggest trying different toys. Strangely it’s always a hit and miss for me too and sometimes I’ll get it but other times i don’t…
I do think a lot of it is based on mind thinking to be in the mood and how horny you are, plus a long build up to it maybe 
I’ve also notice the majority of times I think i have had an orgasm it was always with the smaller of my toys showing you really don’t need a lot up there to find it lol
