Wierd stuff? Doesanyone else out there see the potential attractions of butternut squash...... did have to have a laugh though when the check out assistant asked how you cooked them.... not saying she was young but she had to get help to sell me the booze !!! Sme very interesting foreign vegetables coming onto the market these days as wel, could make getting your 5 portions a day a whole new experience ha ha.... happy cooking campers.
