You already know more about your wife than any of us here. What does she respond best to when you're together? Is there a specific sex act you find difficult or awkward or would like extra help or variety with? Pretty much any vibe can be used clitorally as well as internally, including the head of most g-spot vibes. Which do women prefer BOTH! of course as they are both erogonous zones, all women are different though some don't have a gspot, some cant squirt and some will soak you! Same goes for sex toys each is an individual so it would be hard for any of us to say what is best. You know what she enjoys in bed and how she likes it, now all you need to know is what sex toy does what, your best bet is reading LH reviews and deciding for yourself.

Just like men, women all like different things and sensations. Whilst some prefer clitoral stimulation, other's may prefer G-spot stimulation, and other's may prefer both at the same time - every woman is different. If you don't know what your wife prefers you could try subtly asking her during foreplay or sex.

Women are more likely to orgasm through clitoral stimulation - most of us actually need this to orgasm, however some women can orgasm just from G-spot / internal stimulation alone but I don't think this is as common. Regarding squirting, not all of us are able to squirt. G-spot stimulation is more likely to make women squirt, however some can squirt from clitoral stimulation once they've learnt how to acheive squirting. I actually own and have reviewed the wand with g spot attachment and sqweel.
The wand with g spot attachment is too soft to be an effctive gspot stimulant you are better with a harder material hence the effectiveness of glass, with the wand it is basically a very strong vibrator, if your wife is into that then it will be brilliant but perhaps too much for a first sex toy.
It is not something I often use it is only something you would turn to if your not getting strong enough vibrations from your vib(bullet, butterfly, rabbit etc) so it would probably be better to start with a rabbit.
In terms of the sqweel it has a lot of good reviews but personally OH and I didn't like it, it feels nothing like oral and didn't feel nice.
