We have 3 different G-spot vibes, my OH isn't much of a squirter, only did it once so far. But the best of the 3 we have is the Maia Marcia, it's size and easy to use controls make it a step above the other two, even if it isn't quite as curved as I think it needs to be

Try one you can tap with. I find standard glass/ceramic uncomfortable for that though. The blue glass one above might work (don't have it). The foot end of the Lelo Ella is great for tapping because the shaft is narrow enough you can move it easily. Basically you're wanting an extra-long finger. Less stimulation of the first inch of the vagina (where most of the sensation is) may help as well.
