I have never experiened forced oral play however the reviews look pretty good. As I have found with Lovehoney, if I haven't been 100% satisfied with a product, I have simply returned for a full refund - of course this is before trying it but I am sure after delivery you would know if it was a suitable product or not. I don’t know anything about the gag you have considered but the reviews are mixed, my only consern would be that it is metal. The one above is silicone and from reveiws has some movement available. Reading the reveiws for both products i am considering buying the sex and mischief gag initially to see how we get on.
Yep, the Sex & Mischief gag seems like a good choice. It's described as being flexible so that may give you a little bit of extra stretch during forced oral sessions.

There's also a slightly larger one than the one you linked from the Bondage Boutique range that might be worth a look. It has up to 1.9 inches of silicone ring, so that should accomodate even a larger girthed penis with no problems :-)
