Hands All Over, I recommend the Kixies Hold Ups to you if you had problems with stockings slipping down. They stay up amazingly well, I've had sex with them on and everything and they just don't budge. Yes they're pricey, but they're 100% worth it! That skirt looks beautiful btw, bet your OH loved it!
Knickers over, always! That way Sir can take them off me without removing the stockings.
Crotchless under, anything else over! Ease of access is key!
personaly i wear my thongs under my suspender belts only because i feel it loooks better . Yes it can be a bother to go for a pee but this problem can be easiy over come by purchasing some crotchless panties. Also thongs g-strings or even brazillian thongs can easily be moved to one side.
I most often wear my knickers over my garter belts since I want to keep the stockings on when the knickers come off :)

Over. If my SO has made the effort to wear suspenders then I want her to be wearing them when we get down on it. Knickers under would mean undoing all the straps (and then doing them up again?).
I think that suspenders and no knickers is super sexy. Like an awesome frame highlighting my SO's lady bits!
