With the exception of @Tenshadesandme everyone is very much still using sex toys as… sex toys! That’s not overly creative 
I have bought one for a very non sex toy related reason! Also, though not me personally, I loved this use by an inspirational person on facebook.
And, as others have said, my mains powered Doxy Die Cast wand, is used as much for getting rid of tension and soreness in my back and shoulders as for it’s intended purpose.
