You often don't need one, its just more convienient for them.

So it's like many men need persuading just to start from zero, because they've been shoved into the minus numbers by the medical profession. I totally understand why some men just won't let anybody near their ass, and I can't blame them frankly.
However, this doesn't stop me trying to change their minds. :) But I always make sure to include validation and support for their pain and fear and ensure that they know that I consider their feelings to be absolutely legitimate and appropriate. That usually helps.
It didn't take too much to persuade Mr HP to let me try stimulating his prostate, and in the past he did have to have a prostate exam, so now I have even more admiration for him - Lubyanka I didn't even think along those lines. He did benefit from being willing to give it a go.

See... This seems to be from the Cosmo school of sex. I find that isn't very fun because it's too firm. Lips are fun because they're squishy! Don't suck too hard and just enjoy it, I find that works! Have you tried different positions? I like tongue action under my skin on the top of my penis so a 69 positions works best for me.
And teeth can be OK further down the shaft.
