Nervous is understanding, but a club is good place to start as you can do as little or as much as you wish. Sitting and chatting to other couples is nice and relaxed in clubs, you can talk without worrying whos listening in to your conversation (as you do in pubs). You can spend the evening chatting, watching and doing nothing else, You won't be forced into anything and No means No.

Our first swinging experience was in a club. We didn't swap that first time, but like you just went to see what it was like. We were both very pleasantly surprised by the ambience and the resopectful way people acted; it was totally non-sordid and very erotic.
It's OK to watch, some people only go for that. Don't get too close thought!
