As a guy who wears thongs/gstrings alot of the time and boxers some of the time. I’m trying to find the best underwear to wear when I workout. Boxers annoy me sometimes with chafing but then the wrong style/size thong isn’t good either.
What does everyone wear? This is aimed at men and women
All depending on how I feel i sometimes wear leggings or on occasions i will wear shorts but i dont wear knickers sometimes i cant find anything to wrar under shorts or legging any suggestions
@ApolloSwallow it’s easier for you then! Gstrings have been best option so far as they keep ‘everything’ in place but some of them… one wrong move and they cut you in half!
I wear v string (aka string bikini) underwear - not just to the gym, they’re my everyday ones! Feel sexy in them, and no chafing or discomfort either
You can get ones that are more minimalistic coverage too if less is more for you
I wear thongs most of the time now but for the gym it’s usually briefs. They keep everything in place and avoid any awkward looks in the changing area I may get from wearing a thong there.
If you dont like boxers conpression shorts are god for hoding yer bits in pace, or a pair or budgy smugglers under shorts etc.
A guy in my gym wore compression shorts only and you could see his junk in full view…i asked him to go sort it and wear aomething over it because i dont want to see it
I would give try them , I like both it’s just sometimes I have gotten a wedgie wearing a thong, where as jock will give you the range of movement without the possible wedgie.
As a male I’ve always gone with compression type shorts. I have Canterbury ones. Quite pricy but they last ages. They keep everything tight and are really comfortable under a pair of shorts or trackies.
I usually just wear a lightweight thong under some compression leggings, it’s comfy and I don’t think it shows my VPL and even if it did people shouldn’t be looking anyway
