Face paint and a costume of some sort. You can get headbands/clips with horns and ears on for cheap, too. What about some halloween candles in the shape of pumpkins or something? I've also got skull shapped glasses and cups but to be honest, those are there all year round because I like weird/creepy stuff like that, haha.
