They aren't as big as you think. Maybe just over the size of your hand if you open out your fingers. But some are heavy so don't move. I'm not sure about the £100+ ones but we have had a few cheaper ones and wasn't big like we thought
You don't really get hands free toys for women either as you still have to either hold them in place or 'find the spot', as you say, with basically every toy, even with toys you would ride hands free (like the sybian or a suction cup dildo) you still need to actually position them before you get started. I'm not sure what toys you think are out there that don't require positioning lol.
