I’ve had this happen twice now with the Happy Rabbit. LH support is great, they replaced the first one and just agreed to send me another replacement. Thing is, I’d really like one that works. In both my cases, they quit after one use and a few days in the drawer. Has anyone had this experience and figured out how to get them to work?

It could be that you have just been unlucky which is unfortunate. Is there a possible travel lock that you have somehow activated which means it will not work. I would have thought Customer Service would have asked that though so may not be relevant. Hopefully someone who also has one will give you more advice. Good luck

Did you make sure to put them on charge before the first playtime?
Many manufactures advise to do a full charge up before using and to never let the battery run dead flat as I can damage the charge
