My e-mails are opened daily from love honey. Dont think there a day go by where there not read.

I noticed I wasen't really getting any email ether but I just left it, the seem to be coming in again like normal :) x

I had this problem a few months ago. I contacted live chat and they removed me from the mailing list and then re - added me. Been getting emails fine ever since - dont know if this is of any help to anyone :)

I signed up for emails and received first one with discount code for signing up and nothing since.

I contacted live help who unsigned me and signed me back up but still nothing.

I have just done the same thing myself and hope to receive emails soon.

BTW nothing in my junk folder either.

Please keep your fingers crossed for me x

Hmm I can see you are set up to the newsletter etc , Do you receive your review is live emails ?

Also has anyone suggested this: 

Open your mailbox and click “Options” (upper right hand corner). Click the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link. Select the “Safe List” link. 

Copy and paste email@newsletter.lovehoney.co.uk into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain”. Click the “Add” button next to the dialog box

Yes I do get 'review is live' emails.

I will try your suggestion too.
