I was looking for a specific dildo as lovehoney no longer sell it. So I did a google search and came across this website

I made an order with them a week and a half ago. I received a confirmation and that's it. I have emailed their website and even tried calling their number. Emails have been blocked and the phone number won't connect.

Oh dear it seems that maybe you should have asked this question before making your purchase. I don't know anything about the site as I only use Lovehoney.
Fingers crossed though I hope you haven't lost your money.

If you used a credit card, you should have some protection. Call their fraud line and get their advice. Don't be embarassed about your purchase either. The worker will have heard worse and a fraudster may be counting on people being too embarrassed to report it.

Did you make any sort of customer account with them? If you gave them a password that's similar to one(s) you use elsewhere, change those. Be careful with opening things on the e-mail address and the rest of the usual online safety concerns.

I always use Lovehoney to get my bits and pieces, but on this occasion, Lovehoney have discontinued this product and I only found it on a few other sites.

I have reported them to ActionFraud. The money left my account the following day have wrote them further emails but the emails do not go through :( The money left my account with the name: NETCOM

Will keep you all updated but just a word of warning: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

No I didn't create an account with them and received the confirmation for my order buried in my Junk email.

How did you pay?

This is important as the way you get your money back can vary depending on how you paid.

It looks like they only take credit cards so as Rose said up there ^^^ you need to phone them.

The question you need to ask is

'Can I do a chargeback for goods paid for by this card and not recieved?'

This will put the person in the CC call center on the right screens/script to help you.

You can also report to Trading Standards for Biggleswade ( which is quite small so propably covered by Bedford TS ) and ask them to look at this company. Your ammo with them is a returns policy which is not Distance Selling Regulations complient. You cannot withhold the p&p element of a refund nor can you charge a restocking/ handling fee for a retail customer.

lve just been on the phone to my bank and managed to get the £43.98 debited back into my account. They did say if they find out that the item has been delivered to me. They will just take the money back out again.

Hey guys I too on the 22nd sept purchased from this site and like dildoguy have only received a confirmation email. I have sent 4 enquiry emails and have had no response. Unfortunately my bank is not as understanding. It's really upsetting people are so shallow to scam others in such a way. :-(
