Basically I received the Lh dream bullet free as part of a deal I've enjoyed using it but unfortunately its some how got water in it (its supposed to be waterproof) and its stopped working. I thought about contacting customer and asking for a new one but I don't want to seem rude as it was free. Has anyone had a similar thing happen to them?
Some people have had replacement freebies.
I broke the first thing LH sent me to test, but since they decided not to stock it in the end anyway.
Someone broke a spanker and got another.
If you bought something and it came with something else "free" they should replace it

If you dont ask youll never know and like Kinky has said thats what theyre there for :)

Now I know why people go on about how great customer care is! I sent them an email earlier on and got a reply nearly straight away I didn't expect one so quickly especially past 9pm so a big thank you to Kate in customer care as she is sending me new one :-)
