Does anybody know how to change an item in your order.
It says the order is being processed, Ive paid for it but I want to change an item. Is this possible?

You have to contact the live chat help and then they will cancel your order so you can make a new order.
Yes pop onto livechat! If it has not reached the warehouse we can change anything for you.
Even if it has reached the warehouse, with free returns the only cost of changing your order post delivery is faff & waiting time.
