We now own a house in Spain and it has an underbuild - in the past it was used for storage but we are turn it into a dungeon/ sex room - it’s 4.1 x 7.2 metres and has no windows or doors (apart from the 1 leading to the house) and we have had the floor tiled and the 1 wall is fully mirrored

Currently we have an old wooden table we use for spanking / pegging and oral and a sofa which again used for all sorts

We are currently choosing a colour- I wanted purple but it will be too dark and so we are looking at yellow

I ask what sex equipment would you have - i have a lot of space and my husband is good with wood - he is currently making a x frame so we can tie each other to it

So let me know (as much details as possible) what you would like to see if you had a sex room

Hooks in the ceiling to tie yourselves up or hang a swing.

Smaller wooden bench to be strapped to with a sex machine fitted to attach various dildos

Upright wooden seat, strapped to loose neck brace to hold yourselves in position for teasing nipples or both privates

I like to surprise with hidden bondage points in furniture etc. a sleigh bed with multiple bondage points and cage underneath. Connectable posts for a cross, chairs and sofas that have multiple options like a cage sofa for queening on. I find most dungeons to industrial or sterile environments, @Tenshadesandme has a delightful dungeon too. When you’ve finished I look forward to hopefully seeing it completed and the wall of mirrors and the lighter colours are a nice difference.

I would definitely try to find a changing led light and test different paints. Lighting can completely change the color of the room.

And maybe add an inversion table…

It’s early days at the moment but I’m looking for erotic art but I like the hooks in the ceiling where we can put the sex swing - I’m also looking for an oral chair - I sit on it and my husband is below

It sounds like you have the bases covered on most things, I’d definitely have a bench and a lucifer’s chair with that kind of space.

Ooh, I forgot! One of those stockade thingies too, that trap head and wrists with incorporated leg spreader to keep the recipient at the perfect height and angle for play. And cameras everywhere linked to a central cctv so you can replay your finest moments at leisure.

I have no idea on design or what I would want in the room but it sounds wonderful @batjamboree It sounds like you are using the space already, so enjoy it as often as you can. I am sure you will get some great ideas soon.

We are looking to fit a small bathroom down there but with a big shower so we can have both sex in the shower but I can give him golden showers as well :shower:

Been meaning to find time to reply to this @batjamboree, and as my 1030 VC is running late, this is my chance.

We’ve been working on our sex rooms since we moved in nearly three years ago. I say rooms, because we have the spare bedroom and the bathroom.

For me, the bathroom is key. We love watersports, so a wet room arrangement was perfect. Nozzles for shower attachments in various places, as well as a massive waterfall showerhead. We also have ceiling hooks, because sex swings and hanging bondage mixed with watersports is amazing. Also, if he gets it right, I squirt buckets, so a hanging arrangement is great for that too. Also good for tipping champagne over or in you and sploshing type situations. We also did wall hooks, which again is good for restraint and watersports. We also have a portable toilet seat on a frame, one of those u-shaped seats and clearance under it so someone can be under it whilst you pee. Whilst I love crouching over someone, sometimes, the comfort of a toilet seat is lovely.

It sounds like you’ve already got plans for all the elements we have in the bedroom. We have two queening chairs (what you call oral chairs). Ours were made to measure by a craftsman in France, so they are robust and fit. They are crucial, as I need my body to be supported to be able to take a long licking.

We have a bench for him lying on so I can facesit him comfortably (for me!) and we can be tied to for spanking. He wanted one of those gynaecological chairs with stirrups, and we got one from a real hospital. Have to admit I do enjoy a good examination on it.

We’ve got a couple of wall crosses too in various configurations. And wall and ceiling hooks. Our only real issue is that we have a bit too much in there, so have to move things around to use them. It’s working well though.

Colours: we went for lilac in the end. Wanted it purple too, but too dark.

Wall art: we have a photographer friend who has taken erotic pictures of us, and four of them are on the wall. A 3ft tall picture of my pussy with cum dripping out is surprisingly intimidating!
