Hi all
Mrs Belle is going to have to go on a trip back home, so in preparation we got out the Lush 3 and Ferri for her and Hush 2 for him.
The problem is that while we were able to make it the long distance connect between two users work when we first got it, we just tried a test connect and cannot for the life of us make it work now.
Mr Belle has the Hush connected to the app, and has sent the control link to Mrs Belle’s app through the in-app chat. Mrs Belle has accepted it but we can’t see where Mrs Belle needs to go to control Mr Belle’s Hush. We tried to find a step by step guide on the web but couldn’t find a suitable one, only a marketing vid
Also, can anyone confirm whether you can have two way control, so Mrs Belle can control Mr Belle’s toys and Mr Belle can control Mrs Belle’s?

You probably have done all of this but I found it the most useful
And you should be able to control her toy and be remotely played with at the same time.
Good luck to you Mr & Mrs Belle and hope you have a fine adventure

Thanks - but when you get to the point where you have added the other playmate, the little heart symbol in the video has the words ‘long distance’ whereas ours stay as ‘message’. The app looks slightly different too, maybe an older version in the vid?
Edit
we don’t have a ‘home’ icon either, we have the latest version of the Lovense Remote app and it is different

Might be worth contacting Lovense to see if they can offer advice?
I have a Lush 3 in a draw I will download the app later tonight and look at what’s what and see if I can advise from there

Thanks - something has changed, I suspect it’s jut that it hasn’t been communicated

So is it now working for you?
No, not yet. We must be missing a detail or step somewhere.
If we were 18 years old (oh how we wish…) we probably would have got it working in 14 miliseconds, but us old farts take ten minutes just to get the packaging off things let alone get them working…

Trying to contact Lovense, but all we can get is a FAQ page for the connection function. We were hoping for some kind of online chat bot or somewhere to ask a specific question, but couldn’t find one

Happily we can report finding the answer! The way that you connect to each other is different to when we used it last.
Now, after you have added the other party as a friend, you start a chat with them using the little heart symbol, then selecting the other party from the list of contacts. Make sure the toys are already connected to the respective devices.
Once you have opened the chat and both parties are on it, to the left of where you type in your messages is a plus sign inside a circle. Tap on that, then choose ‘live control’ from the menu that appears. The other party will get the invite, and when they accept the two devices will then show the chat and control screens.
And away you go
So the app has changed quite a bit, with the ‘long distance’ bit no longer being mentioned anywhere. It would have been nice to have an updated set of instructions or vid, but hopefully this helps

Thank you for keeping us all in the loop
