Help with silicone lube

Hi all

I'm going to be giving silicone lube a try for the first time, but I'm unsure of how much I'll need to use. I realise there's no absolutely correct answer, and I should use as much as I need to be comfortable, but on the other hand, I don't want to go overboard and use more than I have to, with the bottles being a lot smaller than the water-based stuff.

What would you all recommend? It's for anal play. So, should I just spread some on my anus, or should I be coating my toy(s) in it as well?

Oh, and I did watch the LH video for silicone lubes. I'm just still a bit unclear on it.

You only need a bit with silicone, it goes a long way.

Just coat one to start with, try it, then you can always add a little more until it feels right.

It's really hard to say because it all depends on you, your stretchiness, the toy you use, the material of the toy blah blah.
So just experiment starting off with a bit until you get comfy c:

It's better to start with too much than too little.
I'd give the toy plus you a lube up.
