Hi and welcome to the forum. I would suggest maybe reading some erotica, watching sexy movies/TV shows and maybe some music (the FSOG playlist is my personal favourite for music). I’d also do it when you know you have enough time and that noone will walk in on you since this will relax you more. Lube is also another good thing to use and should always be used to avoid discomfort. I would suggest Liquid Silk lube as it lasts for ages, has a pump and you get loads of it and it’s the best lube I’ve personally found.
