Dont worry, everyone is nervous to begin with about talking about this kind of thing (i certainly was). But the forum is very friendly and nonjudgmental. Its a really good place to look for ideas and i can definitely recommend having a dig through past threads as theres some really good stuff on here (I rather like this one)
