No ma’am, I meant rucking. Rucking is walking with weights, like in a backpack or wearing a weight vest on/around your chest.
It’s grown in popularity the last several years over here, at least, meaning in the U.S.
But the other is a really nice hobby too, of course.
Here is a quick blurb about Rucking. There is so much info out there, but I won’t bore you or others with it here.
“Rucking is walking with a weighted backpack, derived from military training to build cardio, strength, and endurance simultaneously. It is a low-impact, accessible, full-body workout that burns more calories than regular walking. Beginners should start with 10% of their body weight for 1–2 miles, focusing on posture and gradual progression.”
Wow wish i could draw that well. I used to draw many years ago when i lived with parents and even had a proper easel that i would set up in the back garden, i was quite good as well but its been well over 40 years since i have dabbled.
That’s a fabulous drawing @Lyn1967 and you definitely have talent!
I used to love Art at school but was forever being told I didn’t use enough colour because I preferred pencil sketching.
You’ve really captured the silkiness of the fur with your use of shading and even the light reflected in the eyes… beautiful!
