This might earn me a few weird looks...but just remember that I didn't come up with this idea, nor have I tried it yet. I found this posted on the Chinese internet a while back; rather hilariously, these instructions to make yourself a little fake Fleshlight. Not sure if it's quite the same as the real thing though.
Supposedly this can work if you do it exactly right. Some of the replies seem to suggest it's hard to get the exact measurements right.
Well, here goes...
1) Put 100g of starch (cornstarch, cornflour?) in a drinking glass.
2) Add 100g of water (I know, I'm not sure if he means 100ml, presumably he does?) and mix everything up.
3) Microwave for 1 min. Everything will solidify after standing for a while but will still be soft.
4) Use something like the base of a knife to push a hole down the middle.
5) Cool in the frige for 40 mins. Afterwards, you're done. Take it out the glass if you can. It should feel like and resemble silicon - not ice - but will be delicate too. Don't get carried away...

Found items can work very nicely. I had a plastic hairbrush fall apart. The handle was hollow, and I filled it with water and put it in the freezer to use later as an ice dildo.
I also have a friend who swears by using sugar free popsicles as a fun couple's toy for penetration and sharing, but it sounds awfully messy.
