Morning- black coffee

Afternoon while home- tea with oat milk

Afternoon while working- either green tea with lemon or herbal tea (peppermint, ginger and lemon or strawberry and mint have been recent picks)

Evening- whiskey skin (whiskey, sugar, bitters, hot water, squeeze of lemon peel then drop it in, the heat really makes the lemon oil pop)
