I’ve tried some hot ones, but they’re not available here, so I can’t mention them. Just look up lube on a popular auction site. Plenty will come up.
If you’re brave and I’ve tried it on my bum, try Tiger Balm. It’s quite hot

Just checked out icy hot and while it does say on their website that it can be used “for purposes not listed in their medication guide” (that sounds very nudge, nudge) from what I have read elsewhere it is maybe a level more than I’m after. Thanks for the reply though. If my back is ever bad icy hot looks like my go-to medication
