7 inches long if measured in a straight line base to tip. I curve up lots so its 8 inches if you measure with the curve. 5.75 inch girth. But on soft I can literally be about an inch and half and look tiny. Always used to be shy in gym open showers but now it doesn't bother me. If I get a comment I just think sexy thoughts. Lol. I agree, would also like to know how or what measuring method was used, I actually read a study that used 1000 women from every walk of life and offered all 1000 women a large selection of different size cylinders and ask them 2 question
the first related to what they perceive as normal in relation to Penis size, over 900 selected cylinders within a range of 5 and 6 inch length and 4.5 - 5 inch Girth,
question number 2 was if you had a one night stand what would be the preferred size oddly over 900 women chose bigger Length and Girth 6.5 Length and 5.5 Girth seemed to be the sweet spot.

Ah ..... that's interesting. I'm in my mid-50s and have also lost an inch or so on what I had 30 years ago. Reassuring to know I'm not the only one. Just hope it doesn't shrink further. Like Oldman, I used to have a solid 6 to 6.5 Inches, but it's now down a good inch on that. Barely a handful. 
And share the sentiment about solo play and external input.

Measuring it is some thing I have never done nor probably will do. As a guess I would say I am about average, I have always been happy with what I was given.
