7.25" x 5.5" is really quite big! It is totally normal to not get any reactions from women if they have no or very little prior experience.

Having just wrapped up a testing period with a Bathmate pump Iāve had reason to take some more recent diligent measurements (spoiler: 30 days with a penis pump hasnāt made any difference and I actually found it was detrimental to my erection quality - more ED and misbehaving penis - on days that I pumped).
Anyway - it was fun to have reason to bust the ruler out and get pretty exacting with my measurements. Turns out with some aggressive ruler-ing for a bone-pressed erection length I was able to clock in at 7.125" on multiple occasions this month, but without jamming the ruler into my pubis itās more like 6.75" consistently, or just over 6.25" insertable.
Which is what Iāve always believed, so thatās nice.
The pump was fun for the ego initially: immediately after pumping I hung flaccid at erect lengths and on the pumpiest days was over 5.5" girth (+0.5). Those days I found I was hanging larger than normal all day long, but at the end of the day really struggled with erections just not being there as normal. Iām actually more self conscious about length when Iām flacid than when hard. Iād settle for a 4-5 inch flacid dick than the usual shorter than desired.
