Hmm first dates I’d say maybe focus on bonding and getting to see how you both like each other in person as the evening goes and then if the feeling is mutual, consider sex on the next meeting… but alternatively as he’s on the spectrum too I’d have a guess he may find it hard to read hints and body language so would respond better to asking him out right if he fancies having some sexy fun
