Hi, we have recently purchased the love honey secret agent remote control love egg and are unclear how to charge the egg its self. Underneath the heart image there is a small circle which we think is where the charger goes but we aren’t able to remove it.
Any ideas!! We want to charge and try it out asap

I don’t have this particular toy but I’ve just looked on the shopping site and this is where the charging port is.
It’s a waterproof toy so you have to sort of stab the charging port into it.

As mentioned it’s a protective waterproof charging port, LH Customer service is great so send them a quick message if unsure.

Pretty sure it’s the same as our waterproof toys! It’s a self healing silicone port. They can be a tad tricky to get the plug in and do need a little more force than you would expect. Pop the tip of the plug in the centre of the circle and push it through you should feel it click into position once it’s inside.
Don’t take my word as gospel and double check with customer care they are great and will know 100% what to do……. I’m about 99%

I don’t have this toy - but do have others that charge via a self healing silicone port and agree with all the advice you’ve been given.
On my toys that charge this way inserting the charging plug at the right angle is necessary to get the plug in as well as just finding the right spot, it can be a bit hit and miss even though I’ve done it many times - all a bit ironic for a sex toy !
Have you got any instructions with it what help narrate how to charge it up?
With some toys if it hasn’t got a magnetic connection point for charging, then you’ll most probably need to insert the plug into the toy through the silicone where the charger point is marked…
