The issue that I have had is when to take it off, especially if you have a ring round the testicles, one false move can cause the eyes to water.

Depends on the kind of ring. If itās just going around the shaft then itās usually easier when fully erect. If itās around shaft and balls, it can be trickier to do when hard depending on how stretchy it is. On the other hand, I have found on occasion that while cockrings are meant to keep blood trapped in the penis to hold an erection, if you put them on soft it can also have the effect of keeping blood from getting in if youāre struggling to get the erection.
So at the end of the day, I think it depends on the kind of ring and what youāre trying to accomplish with it.
