Personally use one now and then despite the OH saying that I don’t need one and she is worried that it will cause me to become reliant on them.

Ive tried a few but find the adjustable ones far better. I dont consider myself big at all but ive never found a ring that is comfortable. Ive tried cheap ones and spent quite a lot on one to find that i could hardly get it on!
