So I’ve got the full gammut; simple rings, with p-massagers, multilooped, ball stretchers, silicone, metal, magnetic, screw fit.
My regular go-to’s are larger, go around my cock and balls, are deep (so cover a wide surface area) and aren’t that tight. So I can wear them for a long time without worrying that it or my pecker might fall off. But as soon as I get hard they work their magic. They’re firm, feel like someones thumb and forefinger have circled you and are gently squeezing, but don’t hurt.
Cock and ball rings have the advantage of pushing your balls forward to press more against your other half. It does mean theres no swing, if thats what you enjoy. They can also be thicker and heavier if you like the weight.
Pure cock rings I can’t leave on for long and they make me nervous. I’ve fallen asleep with a large ring on before now and was fine, but with the smaller tighter ones it might of been a problem. Plus they tend to be thinner and less comfortable. They’re used more for maintaining and strengthening an erection.
What I don’t have is metal cockrings .. thats always felt like you’re asking for trouble .. but many people swear by them.
Ball stretchers are another thing. Some people find they delay orgasm because they pull your balls away from your body. I’ve found the more complicated they are, the less satisfying they can be. Vibrating ones are at the back of the draw and never used. Same with the p-massagers. The strap that links the ring and the massager is never long enough. I suspect many of these foreign made toys are designed for the more petite body. Thats just the reality of the local audience. I think thats why so many people have issues with them being too small.

Yeah I like weight.
I’ve a couple of big steel ball stretchers that can feel great. Then I really like the bigger of my regular silcone rings. I’ve got one that has a segmented steel core. So its got the weight of steel but the flexibility and stretchiness of the surrounding silicone.
Anything that can slip off is a big no no .. we’ve got tiled floors. Don’t want to have to explain cracks.
