Sorry to hear of your troubles. Have you discussed with your doctor about your problem reaching orgasm and if itās a known side effect of the medication? I would also discuss with them if itās safe to reduce the dosage. I understand that it may be embarrassing to discuss however keep in mind the doctor likely has heard it all before and may be able to provide some insight.
I have not discussed the problem with my GP, just had my annual wellness exam a week ago. Iām not shy about asking questions though. It has been a problem over the past month or so, after we increased my dose voluntarily, to, deal,with this specific issue. It seems the med can work in different ways depending on individual circumstances. Tapering down might reset the mechanism and get me back to normal. I can go completely off it if needed, itās not a medically important Rx, just helps to keep symptoms of a syndrome I have minimized. Iāll,roll the dice to get regular orgasms for now, im about at my wits end the way thing are.
