Love small, large and medium nipples on women and all appealing to me and would happily nuzzle, suck, nibble and more any woman’s breast offered to me. Even helping with mastitis if the need arose.
I find men’s are teeny tiny in comparison but I’m not able to nibble my own so can’t comment on if there’s a difference in sensation or the pleasure for me.

Do people really care about nipples? 
They change when you have kids. Mine used to be small and pink but now they’re much larger and light brown. I think they looked prettier before, but I never met a man who cared.

My wife’s are the only nipples I’ve had my hands on and I adore them.
They’ve always been relatively large, though proportional to her breasts - 34DD when we started dating, now 36DD and she was up to a 38F in her nursing era. I’ve never measured, but I would estimate that by default her areola are about 2-2.5 inches diameter when relaxed and tighten to 1-1.5 inches when aroused.
I admit I was surprised the first time I felt her nipples, having only really seen what were probably highly airbrushed “eraser nib” nipples on the internet prior. Her nipples when not erect or relatively flat, round, and puffy - not innies, but pretty flat and round. When erect, however, I was shocked to discover they were more like a raised, oblong ridge with sort of three distinct nodes than a single round nub.
Anyway - it was a surprise to experience at first in real life but now I adore her shape and everything about them. When aroused/erect, her nipple stands a good half inch out from her areola and is 3/4 inch x 3/8 or 1/2 inch and she has very pronounced Montgomery Glands which I love to lick and touch.
