Around the same time as a cock ring so a maximum of thirty minutes and then take a break. If your body tells you to remove it before that, listen to it. If you’ve never worn one before then I’d stick to the ten minute rule.
I tried one of the Fifty Shades Sweet Torture Stimulators on my clit once but it wouldn’t stay in place. I think most vibrating nipple toys are too bulky to stay attached and if they got any smaller the vibrations would feel like next to nothing so it would be pointless. It may depend on your anatomy though.
