I did wonder the same myself as the order i placed is still sat processing so presumed noone was in yesterday. In sure it will be dispatched today :-)

And as you can tell, we are definitely back and working at full steam again! So send your orders, returns and emails our way and expect a speedy (ish) turn-around.

Some jobs (such as returns) are taking a little longer than usual thanks to the busy seasonal impact of lots and lots of sales, but we're plodding on getting through the pile!
