Strangely I did a whole module on reproduction last year at uni, absolutely everything you could think of about the male and female bodies. Not once did they mention the cervix!
4 is the max my wife can take but we get much better results with 3 if your oh enjoys it that carry on we're all different what's good for you should be all that matters

If she's really getting into it, try moving to the floor and get her to kneel down, using something to rest your hand on, to raise it up, get her to sit back onto your hand, this way she can control the speed/depth and force, you and she might be surprised as she pushes all the way.
