Everyone is different and their play may dictate how often they cum. Im only allowed to orgasm at the end. I am edged until im basically begging and then allowed when he tells me i can.
There are reasons for this. Firstly, its part of our powerplay dynamic. Orgasm control is part of our sex life as a whole. They belong to him and he dictates when i can, when I cant, when i masturbate etc. Secondly, i tend to struggle after the first orgasm and lose some interest in the ‘task’ at hand. We can sometimes go for a second time but for me, its quite hard work. And lastly, around your subject of bondage… this always entails some sort of impact or primal play. Basically some form of pain. I cant get enough when fully aroused but as soon as i orgasm, im done. I need to be out of the restraints and cantctake any more pain.
Some are into forced orgasm whether in bondage or not so this would be a much bigger number. You just have to do whats right for you and your partner.

Just like @Kh1985, it’s a 1 and done for my partner of 20 plus years. Once an orgasum has been achieved all play stops due to the sensitivity it creates and how it distracts from the pleasure of the events before.
As to how that orgasm is archived! Well there are so many ways and there is where the fun is, but they can grouped three main ways light pain and pleasure, fun items for that are nipple and clit clamps or suction devices where they are then released massaged with oils or tingle lubes and then reapplied. For the last few years wifey has been largely in the one-and-done camp, so it’s been much more fun to focus on edging to make that one as explosive as possible.
