That a routine I can’t do a week without sex is something that hasen’t happened in 6 years since marrying my wife. We average 3-4 sessions week. A lot of volume actually comes from Being hydrated, so plenty of fluids is the best way to gain more. If you have high protein or sugar in your diet it can lead to clumpy/jelly like ejaculate too.

I can confidently say that after a week I can fill 2 table spoons, almost exactly, there was some spillage. But it varies.
