How often do you use your anal beads in a week? I used mine once today and once yesterday and my bum is a bit sore and I used plenty of lube and lubed my bum up well too. Not sure that there is a maximum number of times. You should listen to your body and it is clearly asking for a bit of a rest from anal play.

Sounds like maybe every other day might be alright for you but ultimately use as and when you feel like it! Maybe warm up a bit before using them with another smaller toy
No hard and fast rule, as people have said maybe warm up with something smaller, before putting the beads in.
Essentially just listen to your body. If it feels good do it, if it doesn’t stop.
